Industrial wall mounted potato cutter

Have you ever opened up your cupboard and seen three bags of potatoes lying on top of each other unused, and growing little stems everywhere? I sure have. If only I could find a convenient and fast way to use them. The biggest problem with potatoes is that they take forever to prepare.
